Dwayne Boggs
Dwayne Boggs founded his inspection company in 2004 and has always believed in raising the bar through professionalism and expertise. Over the years, he has grown his company to six inspectors and a commercial division, with a total of 10 employees. In 2024, he was asked to serve as President of the Northwest Home and Building Association, which he was very happy to do. We started with a very small number of members and now have over 100.

Brandon Brockway-Ring
Brandon Brockway-Ring is the proud owner of Key Inspection Services, serving the greater Seattle area with top-tier home and commercial property inspections. With a deep-rooted background in construction and over 5,500 property inspections under his belt, Brandon is a Certified Master Inspector who brings unmatched experience, passion, and precision to every job. His unique edge? He is also a licensed Realtor and an Investor, giving him a 360-degree understanding of every client’s goal, whether they are buying, selling, or analyzing a property for long-term growth.
Growing up on construction sites and quite literally running around rooftops, Brandon’s hands-on training started early. After high school, he explored his creative side by playing in several bands, but his heart never strayed far from the Pacific Northwest or the construction trades. He went on to study Construction Management, doubling down on his commitment to mastering the built environment.
His journey into the inspection industry began serendipitously while helping a home inspector rehab a property, a turning point that led to a full-on obsession with property inspections. He quickly rose through the ranks, spending seven years as Key Inspection Services’ Lead Inspector before taking the reins as owner.
Brandon has built his reputation on unbiased, detail-driven inspections that exceed Washington State standards. He’s especially known for integrating advanced tools like sewer scopes, mold and air quality testing, drone imaging, gas leak detection, and infrared thermal scanning to give clients a complete picture of their property’s condition.
When he’s not crawling through attics or scanning crawlspaces, Brandon is chilling at his cozy 1940s Craftsman home just north of Seattle with his wife Blythe, their daughter Chloe, dog Murphy, and cat Meow Meow. He’s an outdoor junkie who’s always up for hiking, backpacking, camping, or scaling cliffs.
Derik R Pomaville

Derik R Pomaville
Derik R. Pomaville has been a home inspector since 1994 and comes from a diverse background in insurance, executive management, and training and development. He’s been training home inspectors across the US and Canada in building science and marketing since 2003. Derik is a published author, YouTube creator, lifelong educator, and served a term on the Washington State Home Inspector Advisory board.
Fundamentals of Report Writing:
In this 2-hour course, we’ll discuss how to document observations, deficiencies, and limitations in the report for effective client communications. We’ll also discuss the pitfalls and even some myths about using photos as effective illustrations to compliment the written word.
Luke J Chmura

Luke J Chmura
Luke has lived and worked in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years and is originally from New York State. He is the owner and lead inspector of Puget Home Inspection, serving King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties, including the greater Seattle area. His background in home renovation led him into residential inspection, where he focuses on thorough, objective evaluations grounded in current building practices.
He holds a Washington State home inspector license and additional certifications in thermal imaging, indoor air assessment, and pool and spa inspections, and he is a licensed drone pilot. Luke places a strong emphasis on continuing education and staying current with evolving standards and building science.
Outside of work, he enjoys film, cooking, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
